What time should I get there for my event?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled event so we can welcome you and your guests to Hijinx Hotel and outline everything that's ahead for the duration of your party. 

You are also welcome to arrive earlier than this for some cocktails and drinks before the party really takes off!

What does the drinks package include?

Stay tuned for our event packages!

How many guests do I need to book an event?

We have a minimum of 8 guests for all events packages.

Can I pay after the event?

We do require a 50% deposit on booking and the final payment 4 business days prior to your event.

How many drinks does "unlimited" mean?

Two drinks per person, per bar visit in the first hour and one drink per person, per bar visit in the second hour.

What if the packages don't suit me?

Don't worry, you can create a custom package online! Want to speak with a real person? We get it! Call our Events Team at (346) 771-7176.

I don't have guests confirmed! What can I do?

Book based on your maximum possible guests. This will ensure that we have space for everyone!
Please pay the deposit amount and our Events Team will get in touch with you to finalize your booking, confirm guests, and make final payment 7 business day prior to the event.

Can I get a refund for no-show guests?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds. We can give you some free passes to come and enjoy Hijinx Hotel another time though!

Can I postpone an event?

Absolutely! We just need a minimum of 7 business days notice.

What if I'm on a budget?

Don't worry, you can customize a package to suit your budget!

Can I make a deposit?

Yes! Our payment screen defaults to a 50% deposit payment for your event.
The final payment must be made 4 business days prior to your party. Someone from our Events Team will be in touch to finalize your booking and make final payment.

Terms & Conditions

A party’s no fun with only a couple friends, so we require a minimum of 8 people for our party packages.

Got less than 8 people? Learn about our Challenge Rooms! Booking will be available on November 12, 2025.
